Studio Six Digital Shows Audio Coverage Uniformity App At Infocomm

Santa Cruz, CA (June 13, 2017) – Studio Six Digital is showing their new app, “Audio Coverage Uniformity”, or ACU, at InfoComm 2017.

ACU is based on the new ANSI / InfoComm standard, 102.01:2017, which is also being introduced at InfoComm 2017. Audio Coverage Uniformity provides a power, yet easy-to-use iOS app to measure and quantify how evenly a sound system covers a room.

Using the specification, the number and location of tests are determined, and then entered into the app.

Audio Coverage Uniformity supports measuring ambient noise levels, and multiple locations of SPL level by octave band, using an advanced and powerful impulse response with reverse deconvolution, using a 50ms time window.

The user can select Full or Limited mode, which is a requirement of the specification.

ACU is an in-app purchase in AudioTools, priced at USD $49.99. For a limited time, Studio Six Digital is offering the app at 1/3 off the normal price, $32.99, to make it available to InfoComm attendees at a discount.

See Studio Six Digital demonstrate ACU on booth #6742 at Infocomm 2017 Orlando.
